2007: Culture|Futures is formed by Olaf Gerlach-Hansen, DCI, and Peter Head, former Chairman of Global Planning, Arup
2008: With the support of DCI and Arup a proposal was developed for a cultural dialogue in world cities in the run up to the UN Climate Summit in 2009 in Poznan, Poland.
2009: The Culture|Futures launch took place at a Symposium and Working Seminar in Copenhagen on 7 – 9th December, 2009 during the UN Climate Summit.
2010: Culture|Futures in cooperation with the Chair of the “Large Cities Climate Leadership Group” (C40) organized a joint workshop with C40 cities in Hong Kong 4 -6th Nov, 2010.
2011: A Culture|Futures led conference, workshop and cultural event program at the occasion of the next global C40 Summit, which took place in Sao Paulo 30 and 31 of May, 2011.
